Maharaja Shazni Celebration Special
Fillets of grilled chicken and whole kingsize prawns cooked with the chef's finest selection of exotic fresh herbs and spices in a medium sauce. Served on a banqueting plate, a celebration feast from the world famous Oberio Palace of Calcutta

Narikell Taj Mahal
Grilled chicken or king size prawns or lamb served in a coconut shell, with coconut cream, cinnamon sticks, saffron, fennel, subtle herbs and coriander. Creamy and sweet. Emperor Shah Jahan's gift for his greatest love, empress Mumtaz of Taj Mahal

Maharajah's Handi Batera Special
Grilled breast of chicken or baby lamb chops cooked in a sealed clay pot with delicious fine subtle herbs, garam massala, fennel, saffron, capsicum and delicious methi. You should try this! Served as medium but can be made slightly hotter

Goanese Machli Lobster Special
Meat from a whole lobster cooked in a special sauce with exotic herbs. Served on a sizzling skillet with chunks of onions and fresh herbs. The ultimate seafood dish, for those of you who insist on only the best.
